Shipping policy

We strive on processing time for orders of 1-3 business days. Upon order process completion, delivery time can take anywhere from 2-5 days for First Class Mail and 1-3 days for Priority Mail within the United States. 

International orders can be anywhere up to 2 weeks or more depending on timeframes with customs. 

Please note that during the holidays shipping times can be delayed due to demand of products and delays with the USPS. 

Custom orders also take a little longer for us to process, so we appreciate your patience during this time. We will notify you with tracking information once your order has shipped. 

We are not responsible for lost or damaged shipments. Lost and damaged shipments are also considered non-refundable as well. Any delays in shipment once we have delivered our packages to the post office is completely out of our control. This also includes any shipping delays with customs, natural disasters, or any other transfers between carriers with USPS.
